Prior to completing on line examination, student must complete Disinterested Third Party(DTP) form. This form must be completed by someone other than a family member or business associate. The DTP would complete the form attesting to the fact that student did not cheat, take the test “open book” or have advanced knowledge of the exam. The DTP would list their name, address, phone number course title and location and start/finish time of exam.

Certificate Information:
Correspondence – Upon completion of studies, student is required to take a final on-line Certification Exam. Passing this exam with a 70%+ verifies course completion and allows student to print course certificate directly from their computer. Instructions in front of textbook. Note: Certification exam
is not part of the LAH Final Exam program. It is a separate application.
